Light, hazy yellow. Strikingly complex, exotic bouquet of orchard and pit fruits, smoky peat, iodine and Thai basil; smells like an Islay scotch. Deep and smoky, with concentrated pear, yellow plum and tarragon flavors underscored by intense minerality. This is about much more than simply fruit, finishing with strong smoke, floral and mineral character. Pretty intriguing.
