Another elegant, European-styled Cabernet Sauvignon is the 2000 Beckstoffer Vineyard (785 cases). With copious quantities of black currants, cedar wood, spice box, and vanilla, medium body, good underlying acidity, excellent purity, and austere tannin in the finish, it is the least accessible of these 2000 Cabs.
