Climate Sonoma Mountain rises as an archipelago from the Sonoma Valley to provide warm-climate hillside terrain, though its proximity to the Pacific Ocean allow the mountain to be engulfed in dense fog each evening. Wide temperature differentials from day to night in summer allow fruit to develop rich flavor while retaining good acidity.
Named after Paul’s daughter, this wine is a barrel selection produced only in best vintages. Aromas of baking spices and orange blossom with rich layers of crème brûlèe and fuji apple leading to a long finish.
Produced since Paul Hobbs Winery was founded in 1991. Aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle followed by a creamy palate of crème brûlèe and pear.
