Cool fruit tones mingle with savory notes of rich earth, sage, fragrant lavender and violets in a complex bouquet that nods to Bordeaux’s Saint Emilion. That savory impression follows through on the palate, balancing the wine’s inherent richness and acidity. Aged 20 months in French oak barrels, 78% new.
